Teaching Students to Create Virtual Reality to Transform Learning

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This session will explain how we have taught students to create virtual reality (VR) environments to display their learning in many subject areas. As students create VR environments, they practice digital storytelling, develop custom field trips, build displays to showcase learning, and more! Students use Javascript and Blockly code to animate characters and objects in VR environments. Participants will leave this session with resources, and ideas of how to integrate VR into their classrooms.
