Limited Capacity seats available

What is necessary in a district to really grow together into a climate and culture of innovation and support of divergent thinking? We will talk about the Innovation Hierarchy of Needs, and what administration & teacher leaders can do to establish these necessary components: growth/innovator's mindset, climate & culture, creating a common language, and effective support and leadership. We can support innovation with the right pieces in place even with constraints and new initiatives. We will work on some reflective activities to determine where each participant's needs are, discussion amongst participants to push thinking, and finally develop personalized plans for moving pockets of innovative people forward.
